Any celebration with guests, from weddings and birthdays to company parties. All occasions →
For hosts3 questions
How many photos does each guest get?
The host decides: between 1 and 50, with 15 as the default.
Why can’t I see the photos straight away?
That’s the whole point: just like a disposable camera, the film gets developed first. At the reveal, usually the next morning, the gallery opens for everyone at once.
How do I get the QR code?
Once you’ve created the event in the app. The QR table cards make it print-ready. Design QR table cards →
For guests2 questions
Do guests need the app?
No. The QR code opens the camera in the browser, no account needed. Anyone who has the app installed goes straight into it. Info for guests →
Can I delete a photo?
No. Every shot counts, and none of them disappears before the reveal.
Photos & privacy3 questions
What quality do I get the pictures in?
The original, exactly as the camera took them: not downsized and not recompressed.
How long do the photos stay online?
90 days after the reveal. After that they’re deleted automatically, so download them before then.
Where are the photos stored?

Help at the event3 questions
The camera won’t open.
Your browser needs permission to use the camera. Allow access when asked, or in your browser’s site settings, then reload the page. Filmriss only asks for the camera, not the microphone or your location.
Why can’t I see my photo?
That’s part of it: just like a disposable camera, the film gets developed first. Until the reveal nobody sees a picture, not even whoever took it.
My film is full. Now what?
Then you’re done shooting. If you like, leave an email address and you’ll get the gallery link as soon as it opens. More for guests →
