The digital disposable camera for your company party.

Summer party, anniversary or team event: your colleagues scan a QR code and shoot on a limited film – no app, no company account. The next day every photo is waiting in one gallery, for up to 500 guests.

  • Guests don’t need an app
  • Original quality
  • 90-day gallery

How it works · Company party

Three steps, zero effort on the day itself.

  1. 01Frame 1/3

    Create the event

Whoever’s organising creates the event in the app and picks the number of guests – from 10 to 500.

  2. 02Frame 2/3

    Put up the QR code

At the entrance, at the bar and on screen during the welcome. Colleagues take photos in their browser, no account needed.

  3. 03Gallery open

    Gallery the next day

The gallery opens at the reveal. Everyone downloads their own photos, so nobody has to chase pictures by email.

You choose when the reveal happens – by default it’s 10 am the morning after.

Photo ideas for your guests

Ten photo ideas for the team.

Put them on the table card, in the invitation or announce them on the day.

  1. The whole team in one shot
  2. Two departments that never normally sit together
  3. The boss at the bar
  4. The newest starter with the longest-serving colleague
  5. A desk, abandoned for the evening
  6. The longest queue of the night
  7. Someone in the middle of telling a story
  8. A table where everyone’s laughing
  9. The team who organised the party
  10. The last dance before home time

Tips

Well prepared, relaxed on the day.

Tip 01

Announce it during the welcome

Show the QR code big on the screen once and explain in a sentence how it works. Most people will scan it straight away.

Tip 02

Who gets to see the gallery

By default every guest can see the gallery. If it should only be for the organising team, set that up when you create the event – any time before the camera closes.

Tip 03

Think about privacy

Let people know beforehand that photos will be taken and what they’re for. The gallery isn’t public and is deleted automatically after the event.

More answers in the FAQ

Do employees need an account or an app?

No. They scan the QR code, enter a name and take photos in their browser. Only the person who creates the event uses the app.

Where are the photos stored?

In storage within the EU. The gallery isn’t public and can only be reached by the event’s guests.

Can we keep the gallery internal?

Yes. When you set things up, you decide whether all guests see the gallery or only you as the host.

How many colleagues can take part?

Up to 500 per event.

How much does Filmriss cost for companies?

Nothing. Filmriss is free for company parties too.
